Next, glue the wooden rod to the top of the letter, let it dry and then wrap the Anniversary invitation around the rod. Finally, secure the rolled invitation by wrapping the ribbon around it and leave it straight or tie it in a bow. Now, take the tassel and tie it around one side of the rod to add a finishing touch.
