Homemade party invitations for Snoopy Dog themes can be achieved with minimal investment of time and a small amount of craft or Snoopy supplies. Adding customized Snoopy party invitations to party supplies is one of the most unique touches a host can add to their party. Guests take note and appreciate all the effort that is put in to the invites.
There are many pictures and clip art images of dogs available from multiple sources. When creating a homemade custom party invitation, these images can be used as well as ones that are created freestyle by hand. Either choice works well but for those that cannot freehand a dog image, tracing works wonders!
Dogs come in many shapes and sizes. Decide whether the invitation will have a Dalmatian, collie, golden retriever, lab, pit-bull or a mix of different dogs on the front of the party invitation. The design will also need to be established on whether it will be a close up picture of a dog or a faraway picture encompassing the dog’s complete body and surroundings.
A cute card option is to create a doghouse cutout out of red cardstock and place it on the left side of the invite which also has green grass either painted on or created out of green cardstock. Next, place a dog that is laying down inside the doghouse and then a yellow bird on top. Add some clouds and a blue sky to top it off. This turns out nicely because all the colors work well with each other and contrast nicely.
