Handmade Easter Invitations
When you are planning an Easter party, it can be difficult to come up with a homemade party invitation that will save on the budget. Easter usually brings together large groups of family members and with that large group comes a lot of food. Sure it would be easier to just purchase some invitations at the local party store, but where is the fun in that?
If you have a little time and want to save a little money, you can make your own handmade invitations for your Easter party. Go to your local store and purchase enough of the plastic eggs you would typically fill with goodies for egg hunts. Using your computer or by hand, write out your invitation on small pieces of paper decorated in pastel greens, yellows, blues, and pinks. Place the invitation in the Easter egg and adhere a small bow using a little dab of glue on the outside.
Pass out your egg invites to family and friends. Have each person bring their egg invite to the party so that they can be reused for the Easter egg hunt. With a tight budget you just saved money by combining your Easter egg hunt items with festive handmade invitations!
