Handmade Hawaiian Invitations
Hawaiian paradise homemade party invitations can be for children and adults alike. In this segment we will be making an adult homemade party paradise invitation with the Hawaiian paradise theme. For this, assemble mini paper parasols, cardstock in multiple colors, glitter in multiple colors, scissors, paint and glue.
First, start with a basic martini glass shape on white cardstock and then cut it out. This will be the base for the Hawaiian party invite. Next, take another color of cardstock, preferably bright in color, and cut out a shape that looks like it is filling the martini glass. This will be the drink.
For a little pizazz, add glitter in the drink to make it sparkle and “move”. Finally, top off the martini glass with a mini paper parasol that is found in many Hawaiian style drinks. As an option, words and other decorations can be painted on the martini glass to give it an extra special custom Hawaiian theme.
On the back of the custom party invitation, write in all the details that party guests will need such as date, time, location and who to contact in order to RSVP. Any other special circumstances or items should be covered on the card including a map, special parking and more.
Finally, be sure to pass out your personalized Hawaiian party invitations to all the guests that are invited to the party and watch their faces as they see all the work that was put into the invites! This will get them excited about the actual party as well.
