Help you child find the "superhero" within them with a fun Superhero party. Have a bin with gloves, masks, capes and other superhero accessories for the boys to try on as they walk in the door. This will add a definite excitement to your party atmosphere.

Superhero Thank You NotesSuperhero party invitations and thank you notes can be almost as much fun as the party. Start out with a piece of very heavy card stock, next print out several members of the Superhero. Cut out the printouts and glue them to a light weight card stock with a one inch tab at the bottom. Cut slots in the heavy card stock that are wide enough for the tabs at the bottom of the Superhero figures to slip into. This gives the kids a backdrop for the figures. All they need now is their imagination.
For the invitation send the card stock and several of the printouts and after the Superhero party send several different printouts as part of the thank you note. The kids will be able to create their own stories using the backdrop and the cutout figures. This will give the little guests an invitation and a thank you note they will never forget. To add a very special touch, take photos at the party making sure to get one of each child. Print out the photos, glue them to card stock with a tab at the bottom and let the kids play action superhero right along with the Superhero. Have the card stock ready ahead of time so the thank you notes can be sent out shortly after the party. Consider writing something like,” What a great Superhero party. The Superhero has triumphed over their foes and they could not have done it without you (guest’s name). Thank you for coming to the party.”

Children get a kick out of having a party to a television show theme, cartoon character, and toy themes. Even holiday parties can be mixed with a theme.
