Handmade Motocross Invitations
Make fun handmade invitations for your motocross party. You will need metallic silver card stock or poster board, blue card stock or poster board, silver and gold gel pens and a glue stick. Your homemade invitations will be the hit of the party. Start by drawing a basic motorcycle / dirt bike shape or find one on line and print it out. Use the shape as a template and cut out motorcycle / dirt bike shapes from the metallic poster board or card stock. Use the silver gel pen to draw details on your handmade invitations. Don’t put in too many, leave the motorcycle shape / dirt bike as an outline. The silver gives a chrome look to your homemade invitation.
Cut three motorcycle / dirt bike shapes for each handmade invitation. Cut a rectangular shape from the blue poster board or card stock. May sure it is large enough to place all three motorcycle shapes /dirt bike on. You may need larger envelopes for your homemade invitations.
Position the motorcycles / dirt bikes on the blue in various positions. One might be straight, another going up and the third coming down. The idea is to give your handmade invitations a motocross feel. Once you have them positioned the way you want, glue them down to the blue card stock. Personalize the homemade invitation by writing your guest’s name with the gold gel pen on the one of the motorcycles / dirt bikes. Using the silver gel pens write your party information on the back of the blue card stock. Now you have a personalized handmade invitation that your guests will enjoy.
