Pick up some green, black and yellow cardstock papers as well as some foam clover pieces. Using a template or simply by hand, cut your green cardstock papers into four inch tall top hats. Use the black and yellow cardstock papers to create a belt and belt buckle for the base of your hat. Accent the top of the hat with your foam clover pieces and write a funny message on the front with a green paint pen. On the opposite side of your top hat, write your invitation with green and gold paint pens and allow to dry fully. Place in envelopes with clover and green confetti pieces. Use funny sayings on the outside of your envelope that is Saint Patrick’s inspired and mail to family and friends.
