Superman Thank You NotesHaving just held the party of a lifetime, it’s now time to think about sending out those Superman Thank You Notes to all the guest who attended the party. This large party is going to require a some planning as to how the thank you notes are going to be written out. With a large number of guest it might be more useful to setup a thank you letter template on the computer, then just fill in the blanks. Make sure you have a copy of your guest list and their address to send out the thank you cards. As an example; (insert guest name) thank you for attending my party, it was great to see you all again. I or We hope you enjoyed yourself at the party, finding plenty of food and drink available. The birthday boy would like to thank you for the (insert gift if known) or (gift you provided) it was not necessary, but thank you. Again it was great seeing you all and we should get together more often, maybe for lunch one day. Thank you so much for coming to this birthday party for our son, see you soon. The whole idea is to include some flexibility in the writing, but not having to rewrite then entire letter each time if there’s a lot of guest.
With only a few guest attending handwriting them is doable, example; Thank you for attending our party it was really great seeing you once more. In fact we should get together more often, call you soon.
